The following procedures for Club use will be in effect beginning Sep 28th and will continue until further notice. t 1. Entering the club: a. We are asking for everyone to wear a mask at all times while in the club. b. Temperature checks will be required for anyone who enters the club. If anyone has a temperature of 100.4 deg or greater they will not be allowed into the club. c. Only use the back stairs to go up to the workout floor. Use the front stairs to exit the club. d. There will be a Plexiglas barrier at the front desk for interacting with the front-desk staff. 2. Locker rooms: a. The number of available lockers will be limited to maintain social distancing. b. All wet areas will be closed: Steam rooms, showers, sauna, and spa. c. Commonly touched items will be removed from the sink area, such as hairspray and deodorant. 3. The following services will be temporarily unavailable: a. Childcare b. Towel Service c. Group Classes d. Wet Areas in locker room e. Basketball Court f. Racquetball Courts 4. Pool Use a. Each of the three pool lanes may be reserved in advance for 45 minutes. Pool reservations are required. Visit https://ccacpoolres.as.me/ for reservations. 5. Traffic Flow / Equipment Usage a. Floor markers will indicate flow of traffic and social distancing. b. Some workout equipment will be taken out of order to maintain social distancing. 6. Staff and Continued Health Monitoring: a. Staff will take their temperature before each shift and document it. b. Staff will wear face masks and gloves throughout their shift. c. We are asking that if any member tests positive for COVID-19 and has been at the club within 14 days to please notify management. This way we can notify any staff or members who may have come in contact. 7. Cleaning and sanitation: a. In addition to our nightly cleaning service, the staff will be cleaning and disinfecting throughout the day. b. Staff will be trained on proper cleaning and sanitizing protocols. c. Additional staff will be on hand to ensure proper cleaning. We will also have modified hours to allow our night crew enough time to properly clean. Our cleaning crew will be using electrostatic hand-held spray that attacks microbes and provides more coverage in less time. d. EPA-registered disinfectant designed to be effective against COVID-19 will be used in our cleaning process. 8. Modified hours: a. Monday-Friday 6am-10pm b. Saturday and Sunday 7am - 5pm
